Program Coordinator – Project Delivery


San Diego, California. Candidate must currently live in the greater San Diego County region or be willing to relocate within the first 60 days of hire. COVID 19 practices remain in effect.


Seeking a high-energy, detail oriented, team player with experience working as part of a high performing team in support of facilitating business deliverables and procurement activities in a client-based environment. Successful candidate will have proven experience working across all levels of the business environment including engineering, construction, and executive teams, with experience providing purchasing procurement and logistics support. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years working in a regulated utility or equivalent environment and possess excellent work ethic.


The Project Coordinator supports projects with varying degrees of complexity, across multiple business units. Partners with multiple business units and the 4Liberty Professional Services Team and Staff. The Project Coordinator must possess a broad knowledge of most technical resources and applications to coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders effectively.


  • Facilitate process improvements to increase consistency and reliability of business functions and see them through to completion
  • Proactive end-to-end management of purchase requisition activities, including order management, MSA contracting and funding, invoicing, and other business deliverables
  • Develop and maintain documentation of key business processes and foster disciplined approach for adherence to those processes
  • Coordinate and support special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Maintain regular communication and updates with business contacts and other key personnel
  • Work collaboratively across multiple sites to facilitate receipt of material goods
  • Ad-hoc requests and projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Collaborate and contribute within a team execute on business deliverables
  • Energy/Utility, DOE, DOD or equivalent environment preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP; ECM, CCMS Modules
  • Established track record with proven ability to work within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Ability to work through complex business matters efficiently
  • Understanding of Finance and Accounting concepts and mechanisms
  • Working-knowledge of Excel, BI Tools, and Financial Systems
  • Comfortable working with SAP to submit and provide status of purchase requisitions, workflow, and contracts through via Enterprise Contract Management
  • Clean driving record


  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to help effectively foster and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast-moving team environment and independently as required, and provide direction to the team
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills
  • Ability to lead a team consisting of two to three individuals to deliver timely and actionable results
